Oops! Sorry I've been bad at updating.
I'm happy to report that on this, the final day of the festival, we have seen a total of 43 films. And we still have one or two more left to see!
Some of my favorites from the past few days have been:
The Secret Life Of Words
Right At Your Door
Wristcutters: A Love Story
God Grew Tired OF Us
American Blackout
Those last two are documentaries, and WOW. I dare say, documentaries have been the strongest program of the festival this year. I didn't see anything in the Dramatic competition that blew me away, but God Grew Tired Of Us, American Blackout and So Much So Fast (all docs) were incredible.
We have two more movies to see today and then we're going to get a really good night's sleep and start driving tomorrow. We'll drive around New Mexico and Arizona and in a few days end up in L.A. Woo.
